Paying the Piper (2003)

A tale of a woman who has men following her like the rats they are. Raylene arrives on town and proceeds to turn it upside down. She makes a deal with the women of the town to make the men more enjoyable. But, when the women fail to pay, Raylene leads the men out of town.
