El vecino (2011)

A young woman new to the neighborhood has a bit of a problem: her loud, womanizing male neighbor from down the street seems to appear everywhere she goes and she can't stand him. But when circumstances force her to actually interact with him, he turns out to be not what he seems. Or is he?
