Ola El Mallah
Biography:
Ola El Mallah is an Egyptian cinematographer and filmmaker for feature, documentary, and short films. She studied cinematography at the High Institute of Cinema in Cairo. She worked as a director of photography on 15 film projects, and as a director on 2 films. She participated in the Luxor African Film Festival workshop, and as an assistant to the filmmaker Haile Gerima. She also executed a filmmaking workshop in Morrocco. Ola El Mallah received the best editing award for her film Ouk Mafrout, She also was selected to participate in the Beirut Berlinale Talents cinematography program in 2019.
