Biography:
James Short is a British Filmmaker based in the Dorset, United Kingdom. His filmmaking career began when he made the first of the Jordan Blade trilogy titled Mission Abandoned at Salisbury College. James specializes in mainly Directing and Screenwriting, however, he is known to take on Producing and Cinematography roles if needs be. When he directs, he wants to direct films about people who want to aspire to be great despite starting from the bottom, whether that person doesn't have a purpose in life to have a disability and is known on making films about a relationship set in a central core or theme, his inspiration for his film include world-renowned filmmakers like Stanley Kubrick and Wes Anderson to British Indie directors like Lindsay Anderson and Andrea Arnold. He is considered a professional who takes his work very seriously when giving or taking direction, has a very positive attitude on set and his passion for film shines through with all of his work.
