Starting as an assistant director to the illustrious Oscar-nominated filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, renowned for films like "Elizabeth," "Elizabeth - The Golden Age," "Mr. India," and "Bandit Queen," Mihir gained valuable experience. He honed his craft under Kapur's guidance. He collaborated with him on various international films, including "Paani." Later, he received mentorship from renowned director Shakun Batra, known for movies like "Kapoor & Sons" and "Gehraiyaan." Batra also serves as a presenter on Mihir's latest short film, "Ghuspaith: Between Borders." Mihir's creative expertise extends across diverse platforms, including television, advertising commercials, and Broadway shows. He has also worked as an assistant director on notable Hollywood productions, such as Christopher Nolan's "Tenet," "Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol," and the acclaimed series "Sense8" in collaboration with the visionary Wachowski Brothers.
