Born and raised in the Dunbar area of Fort Myers, Florida, Francheska Savage dreamed of becoming an actor and fashion model since childhood. Although her dreams were in the entertainment and fashion world, it wasn't the only area where Francheska excelled; she is an accomplished volleyball athlete. She was recruited to play collegiately by several Division 1 institutions during her junior and senior years at Fort Myers High School. Francheska had to make a difficult decision between pursuing an acting and modeling career and playing collegiate volleyball. Ultimately, she decided that her education, while not a tangible asset, was the most importing and valuable item she could obtain. The Fort Myers native signed a letter of intent to play at the University of Miami. While at the athletic powerhouse not only did Francheska earn a BA in International Finance and Marketing, she was also a standout volleyball player earning Big East Rookie of the Week, ACC Player of the Week, All ACC, and All American honors. After graduating from 'The U', Francheska went on to play professionally in Europe. She played for OTP Banka in Pula, Croatia coached under the great Boris Brescic. After returning to the States Francheska wanted to give back to the communities that had opened up so many opportunities for her. She decided to become an educator. She taught at the elementary, middle and high school levels in both Miami and Fort Myers. During this time Francheska got back into fulfilling her dreams of being an actor and model. She jumped back into the industry head first doing television, print work, runway, commercials and ad campaigns-appearing in Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week (Miami), Swim Week, Burn Notice, The Glades, Sohpisicate's Black Hair, FORD Entertainment Magazine. All the while gaining success in the entertainment industry, Ms. Savage returned to college earning a degree in Air Traffic Control with High Honors from Broward College. After obtaining her most recent degree, Francheska continued working as an educator, teaching Business Education, before leaving the profession altogether to fully commit to acting.
