Tim Limon embarked on his film-making journey by securing a place on the Media Practice Course at the University of Central Lancashire, where he dedicated himself to honing his craft from 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, he initiated his professional career at the esteemed ARRI Media, a global leader in camera rentals. During this pivotal period, Tim immersed himself in the intricacies of 35mm and 16mm film and their associated workflows - working as camera prep for productions such as "The Da Vinci Code", "Hot Fuzz" and "The Bourne Ultimatum". Notably, he was among the early recipients of the ARRI ALEXA camera system, which has since gained widespread recognition as the industry's gold standard for movie production. While at ARRI, Tim Limon took on the role of managing ARRI's Northern Office in Manchester. In this capacity, he became an integral part of the local independent filmmaking community from 2007 to 2012. During this period, he took advantage of his unique access to world-class filmmaking equipment, ensuring that a significant portion of the lighting resources became accessible to low-budget filmmakers in the Greater Manchester Area. This period also marked a significant chapter in Tim's personal journey as a filmmaker. He passionately pursued independent film projects, including "New Blood" and "Will Power," both realized through unwavering determination and utilizing the talents of aspiring artists seeking opportunities in the vibrant Greater Manchester scene. Post-2012, Tim Limon temporarily withdrew from the media landscape to embark on journeys of exploration and educational enrichment. However, his recent activities reveal a return to the forefront of technological innovation. Tim has been actively engaged with Augmented Reality technology, recognizing its potential as the harbinger of the next wave of groundbreaking technological advancements.
