Timofey Pozhitkov

Timofey Pozhitkov is a filmmaker based in the United States. Born in Vladivostok, Russia, Timofey amassed an educational background spanning Hong Kong, Singapore, Newport, Rhode Island, and Paris, France. Having spent much of his early life observing different cultures, Timofey is interested in intimate, character driven stories exploring complex challenges individuals are faced with. An avid reader, he combines his love for visual storytelling with his passion for literary adaptations and aesthetics.

Tim's festival debut was at Pacific Meridian Festival in 2020 with COLOSSEUM. His Emerson College/Paris College of Art thesis film PYGMALION is currently in the festival circuit.
