Correspondent Member of the Union of Jurists of Cuba and the Cuban Society of Constitutional and Administrative Law, member as researcher for the Argentine Republic of the project "The protection of rights in Latin America: the cases of Argentina, Costa Rica and Paraguay", University of Salamanca (Spain). He was also Distinguished Guest of the City of Quito (Ecuador), 2007.
