Carmen Dixon is a 19-year-old editor and filmmaker who grew up in the small town of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. She spent her childhood making homemade movies and YouTube videos. Years later, she hopes to tackle the film industry with her passionate and innovative spirit. She's edited for many short film projects over the years. Such as her short film "Hairsplitting", written, edited and directed by her, which was shown at the Qualicum Beach Film Festival. At Vancouver Film School she was the editor for the drama "It Takes You Back". She then finished off her school year editing for the psychological thriller, "Moribund".
